  • How long is a typical lease term?

Generally most of our homes require a minimum 1 year lease term. Commercial leases are 3 to 5 years.
 

  • How do I apply for a Cashco property?

Just click on the Properties tab and select the property you wish to apply for to access our online application. If you have any questions regarding the online process, please use our Contact us page
 

  • How long does it take to get approved?

In most cases, only 24 hours. It all depends on how quickly we get a response from the other parties involved.
 

  • What are the qualifications to lease a Cashco property?

Qualifications for Approval:

  • At least 3 months verifiable employment history & rental history.

  • Verifiable income, parties applying must earn four times the amount of monthly rental amount. (Example: Rent of $500 X 4 =  $2000 Per Month Verifiable Income)

  • Pass a background check​

 

  • How do I pay my rent?

The first month’s rent is required to be in certified funds only. After that, the easiest most convenient way to pay is through our online portal which is free when you select the E-Check option. We do accept personal checks and cashier checks after you move in at our office, located at 111 N. Commerce, Suite A. You may mail it to us every month, or come in and give it to us during office hours. We also have a drop box that is available until 6:30 p.m.
 

  • Do you take credit cards for rent payment?

Yes, the Tenant Online Portal will allow credit cards and debit cards, HOWEVER, the company that handles those payments charges $17.00 to do so.
 

  • Can I transfer from one Cashco property to another Cashco property?

We accommodate our residents who have fulfilled their lease and are in good standing with the company. Our goal is to insure we meet your housing needs.
 

  • Is Cashco Properties pet friendly?

Cashco Properties has a no pet policy. However, we will consider making exceptions with a substantial non-refundable per fee.
 

  • Can I or a guest smoke in the house?

No…Cashco Properties is strictly non-smoking.
 

  • Are appliances included?

Yes, appliances are included in most properties except a washer/dryer. However, we do have washer and dryers available at an additional monthly fee.
 

  • Can I trim my trees and bushes?

Yes, minor maintenance is encouraged. Major cutting or removal will be provided by Cashco Properties.
 

  • Do I mow my own yard?

Yes, most of the lawn and landscaping is maintained by the tenants, except for multi-family properties (duplexes and triplexes.) Lawn maintenance is available for an additional monthly fee.
 

  • What if I see illegal activity at or near a Cashco Property?

We recommend you contact the police and file a report at 580-223-1212.
 

  • What if a neighbor is not maintaining their property and it becomes unsightly or is creating an annoyance?

Contact the Ardmore Planning Commission Code Enforcement at 580-223-3477.
 

  • Can I or a guest park in the yard?

No…parking in the yard is against city code and is strictly enforced by Cashco Properties.
 

  • Can I have a satellite dish put on the house?

Installation of anything attached to the property must be approved by Cashco Properties’ management; such as satellite dishes, TV cable, phone wires, fences, storage building, etc. In most cases one of our representatives will meet with the contractor to approve installation.
 

  • Should I obtain Renters Insurance?

We recommend you secure a renters insurance policy. A personal property is not covered by Cashco Properties, Inc. Renters insurance is typically very affordable. Contact your agent for details or obtain a free quote by dialing (580) 215-5700.
 

  • Can I paint the walls at my property?

No…Cashco Properties does not allow any painting to be done on the interior or exterior of the home.
